The GOOD and the BAD
To simplify this even more, lets list all of emotions into just two categories.
One that feels "good" and one that feels "bad."
• If you feel "good" when you are thinking about something, then your vibration is going to go up.
• Conversely, if you feel "bad" when you are thinking about something, then your vibration is going to go down.
It doesn’t get any simpler to understand than that, does it? It actually is that simple.
All you have to do is stop and ask yourself what you were just thinking when you start to feel bad. Recognize it and then quit focusing on that subject. Shift your thinking to something that brings a smile to your face. Something that gives you a joyful feeling. And you will immediately start feeling better (good) right away.
This is when your frequency is increasing, your aura is getting stronger and your protection is higher.
Eventually this new way of thinking will become a good habit and you will see many improvements in your life. … Just by thinking feel-good thoughts as opposed to feel-bad thoughts.
Remember: You think thousands of thoughts each day, and it is impossible to monitor each of them, but it is relatively easy to monitor how you are feeling.
With this simple strategy, you can take control of your thoughts and your vibrational frequency.
